In 1998, I started building my own computers . I was trained by an Elite Troubleshooting Technician with over 28 years of experience working with Computers and Electronics. He discovered my inherent skill set of troubleshooting and problem solving and taught me a broad scope of skills and techniques to compliment mine.
With the passion for technology i had studied Bachelor of Information Technology to further enhance and practice my skills in computer.
My first computer was a Pentium 2 300mhz with 64mb of RAM running windows 95 and DOS 6.0. I've grown with technology over the past 11 years and have worked with nearly every operating system and virtually every architect and major technological development as they have evolved. I have managed computer retail stores and computer service departments, and I completely understand what it takes to provide great customer service and great quality of service as well.
My goal as a person is to be genuine. My goal as your service provider is to provide the best service at the most competitive pricing. I will stand behind our service 100% and make sure you are treated professionally with the utmost integrity.
